Organise My Puja is a small, family-run service in Sydney. One call, and the pandit ji, the samagri, the setup and the clean-up are all somebody else's problem.
Our dedicated Sydney team prepares the altar, places the aasan and kaleen, decorates the mandap with fresh flowers, and double checks every samagri item prior to the auspicious muhurat.
Why we exist
Anyone who has organised a puja in Australia knows the shape of it. Phone calls to find a pandit ji who is free on the right day. Three shops for samagri, and the last two items still missing. Borrowed utensils. A room to rearrange while relatives are arriving. And afterwards, a pile of used samagri and no clear idea what to do with it.
We built the service around that last mile. Our team handles the arrangement end to end so the family can stand where they should be standing — in front of the fire, not behind a shopping list.
How we work
Our panel is made up of qualified, experienced priests who perform the rituals correctly and explain them as they go — which matters enormously when children are watching, or when it is a family's first puja in Australia. If you need a pandit ji from a particular tradition or language, say so when you call. Gujarati, Marathi, Hindi and South Indian pandit ji are all available.
We bring proper utensils and good-quality samagri, and we source the awkward items — the fresh mango leaves, the durva, the specific flowers — rather than telling you to go without. If pandit ji lists it, it turns up.
Home, temple or hired hall, the standard is the same. For larger events such as a wedding we can also connect you with caterers, chair hire and decorators we have worked alongside for years.
Used samagri is collected after the puja and disposed of respectfully. It is quietly the part people thank us for most.

Greater Sydney, and we travel. If you are on the outer edge of the map, call and ask — we would rather give you a straight answer than a maybe.
